1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have original tags and packaging intact
  • Be in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Items bought on sale or clearance
  • Customized or altered items
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method (for online payments), or
    • Store credit (where applicable)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is from Deedazaib
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. In-Store Purchases

  • Returns for in-store purchases must be made at the same physical outlet
  • Original receipt is required

8. Policy Changes

Deedazaib reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
